You’re doing the work, but is anything changing?
You’re managing anxiety, navigating ADHD, keeping burnout at arm’s length, and trying to grow professionally, and somewhere underneath all of it you’re carrying the same question: Is the needle actually moving?
Ladder of Growth is the first measurement framework that tracks where you are across every dimension of your inner life, and whether any of it is shifting over time.
The LOG model was built from 16 years of direct observation of how people change when they do real inner work. Not from research papers or personality frameworks. From watching real people shift in real time and building the measurement infrastructure to capture what was happening.
Who is Ladder of Growth for?
individuals
You’ve been doing the work.
Reading, therapy, coaching, practices, retreats. Something might be shifting, or are you going round in circles? LOG is the first tool that gives you an honest answer.
Practitioners
You know your work changes people.
LOG is the independent measurement that makes that visible, in terms that exist outside the therapeutic relationship.
Organisations
You’re investing in your people.
LOG tells you whether it’s working, with measurement that goes deeper than an engagement survey or a satisfaction score.
The Model – Briefly Explained
What LOG measures
LOG doesn’t measure mindset, mood, or personality. It measures consciousness. Not in any spiritual sense of the word, but in the most practical one: consciousness is the capacity to perceive, process, and hold complexity. It’s the operating level at which a person functions. And it’s the thing that actually changes when someone genuinely develops.
Why that matters
Mindset can be adopted consciously. Mood changes by the hour. Personality profiles are fixed by design. Consciousness level is different. It shifts when real development happens, and when it shifts, everything else shifts with it: decision-making clarity, emotional regulation, capacity under pressure, the ability to see options that weren’t visible before. That’s what LOG tracks.
How it works
The free Life Ladder Assessment gives you a broad baseline across eight dimensions of life. If you want to go deeper on a specific area, the lens assessments do that: anxiety, ADHD, burnout, professional growth. The same underlying model runs through all of them, so every assessment you take builds a more complete picture over time.
What longitudinal tracking means
One assessment gives you a snapshot. Repeated assessments over time give you a trajectory. The trajectory is the only honest answer to whether growth is real. “I feel better” tells you about today. Your trajectory tells you whether the baseline is actually shifting.
The LOG model didn’t emerge from a desk. It was mapped.
Alexia Leachman spent sixteen years working directly with CEOs, founders, and business leaders, observing at close range how people change when the inner work is real. LOG is the measurement infrastructure built from that observation base. Not theory. Not market research. Evidence, accumulated over time.
LOG is already embedded and working inside the Head Trash ecosystem. Named, live, and linked. A corporate visitor or sceptical individual can go and look at it there before making any decisions.
